What do I do if I lost my password?
In the login box under the "Sign In" button there is a small link "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address of your account and a new random password will be sent to you. (Top)

How can I change my address or personal details?
You can change your details by logging into your account in the My Account section. Once you have logged in you can change your default contact details and also add and modify upto 5 addresses in your address book. (Top)

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter logging into your account in the My Account section. Once you have logged in you can subscribe and unsubscribe from the mailing lists by checking or unchecking the newsletter subscriptions. (Top)

Can I come and pick up my order and/or visit your shop?
All transactions are online only so cannot be picked up. (Top)

In the stock listing, what`s the small green or yellow circle mean?
Every product on our store has a small circle which indicates our live stock level. A green circle indicates we are well stocked in that particular item. A yellow circle means we only have a few remaining of that item and you should order as soon as possible to avoid missing out. A red circle indicates that the item is currently out of stock. (Top)

What is the cut-off time for same day shipping?
Orders paid with PayPal that are placed before 3:00 PM will go out the same day. Orders placed after this time will go out the following weekday. Orders that are paid via Money Order or Cheque will be processed on the same day that we receive payment. (Top)

You sent me a damaged product, what do I do?
Send an email to info@hardkandy.com explaining the situation. Please include your order number and give us much detail as possible. We will contact you with details on returning the product. We must be notified by email within 14 days of the shipping date in order to authorise the return. (Top)

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard and Bank Deposit Transfers via the PayPal payment gateway, Cheque`s and Money Orders. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars. Please note that payments made by methods other than credit card may delay order processing by up to 3 working days. Please see our Payment Methods page for further details on how to pay. (Top)

How does the local currency system work?
The local currency system allows you to view all the product prices in your local currency, there are several different currencies to choose from. You can change the currency using the box on the bottom right side of the site. The currency can be changed at any time except during check out. The local currency exchange is an approximation and the final exchange rate will be determined at time of payment. (Top)

Will I be charged GST or any other tax on my order?
By default, prices on the site include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). This will be automatically deducted for customers who live outside of Australia. (Top)
